We have heard from people about books such as “Make books your friends” or “Books are the best friends”.
Books can change your life, they can guide you, they can show you the path that nobody can, they can fill you with the energy that can change your character, books can help you.
So, let’s make some amazing and powerful friends.

In past 3 months I’ve made 5 new friends (read 5 books). These 5 books told me the reality of a software project and the importance of teamwork by telling me about the five dysfunctions of a team.
These books helped me focus on the one thing and finally let me know how critical it is to learn the process of architecting an amazing product that people will love.

I will share 5 books that I’ve read in last 3 months, these are not the standard books that we read for learning a skill.

The Phoenix Project (Gene Kim)

This book helps us understand the actual process of an IT company. This book tells us how a software projects is started, tells about the things that jeopardize the process, helps us understand how to deploy and manage the application (DevOps). And everything in between.

The Unicorn Project (Gene Kim)

This book is just like The Phoenix Project, telling how a simple change can completely change everything by the integration of new technology and modern process of managing the project.

Critical Chain (Eliyahu M. Goldratt)

This book explains the process of critical chain project management by using an interesting story.
Please read the book to better understand the process.

The Five Dysfunctions of a Team (Patrick Lencioni)

This amazing book will tell you how a dysfunctional team can become highly active and productive.
You will find some secrets to make your team functional and produce more work in less time.

The One Thing (Gary Keller)

This book; will change your life, fix your focus problem. Help you find the most important thing “The One Thing”.

This is not the end, this is the beginning of the journey of knowledge, consciousness and passion.
